How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  WHOLESALE ORDERS:
All shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order once your order is processed.

FREE SHIPPING:

All orders of $100 or more, within Canada, qualify for free shipping (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut - contact us directly for a quote).

FLAT RATE:
$10 flat rate shipping charge within Canada for all orders under $100 (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut - contact us directly for a quote)..

USA SHIPPING:
Flat rate $15 for all USA destinations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Sorry for any inconvenience, but at this time Choto Baby does not ship to any international destinations.

  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Choto Baby Inc. offers 30 day RETURN POLICY on all returnable products.

Choto Baby Inc. is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason we will gladly issue an exchange or refund on all products purchased at regular price. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (un-opened). For clothing, toys, or other items without a box the original tags must be intact. For returns without receipts you will receive the lowest sale price in the last 6 months.

Choto Baby Inc. is confident you will be more than satisfied with your purchase(s). If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please call us at 888-357-3190 to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back and to get a Return Authorization Number (This number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel). We require that all returns be made through an insurable method and that a tracking number is provided. Choto Baby Inc. is not responsible for items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment. US and International orders do not qualify for free returns.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
